Technology should make our lives easier. It should make us happier. Many people complain about technology and think it's too hard to use. It's not always intuitive. Why is it that some people seem to instantly "get it" while others find it difficult to use?
We have a theory and we are testing it. We want to understand your frustrations and pass them along to the people who design technology products like cell phones, PCs, apps, eReaders, cameras, tablets, TV remote controls, cars, appliances, and more. Tell us your story. When you share your experience with us, we'll organize the facts, identify common themes, and provide input to the people who design the products we want to love. We will protect your identity. We will never share your name or contact information (unless we have your permission). In fact, you don't even need to give it to us. Need to gather and organize your own feedback? We can create a custom site to meet your needs. Contact us so that we can understand your needs and recommend a solution. |
About Us |
Today, "us" includes me, Kathy Calder Haselmaier. I have many years of high tech marketing, sales, and supply chain experience ... and frustrations. I love technology products, but don't always find them intuitive or easy to use. I know I'm not alone because so many people share their frustrations with me.
I love gathering feedback, organizing data, and communicating. My plan is to understand your experiences, identify themes, and engage product designers. Thank you for visiting this site to tell us your story every time a technology product frustrates you. "Us" also includes everybody I know - especially people who are helpful. These people share frustrations and ideas. They help me use technology. Many of them design, create, and support technology products. Thanks to all of them! |
About You |
The more we know about you, the more valuable your feedback. But don't worry, we will never share your name or contact info (unless we have your permission). Tell us about yourself via the "Share" link above.
